The location was marvellous, close to an art gallery. It was about 20 km from the airport. I had the double room which was beautifully maintained and unique where an uk electrical socket is provided. Coffee and tea making facilities, flat-screen television, and a study table were there too.

Could be great for summer holidays. Modern place, it was tidy and had extremely friendly staff in terms of customer service. Had unique double room with the bathrooms, a super comfy bed plus beautifully arranged. The location for our purpose was perfect and magnificent, walk from the train station. The vibe here was quiet. Moreover, parking was nearby.

Early check-in, the staff helped us with bags. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent, and we could reach an art gallery by walking. Restaurants and pubs were also close to the hotel.

Soundproof, reasonably sized room and marvellous breakfast. An electric kettle, air conditioning, and an individual safe available.

It had great location with access to Ludwig Museum nearby. The area was central right by a central area close to restaurants, pubs and shops, and the Cathedral in the center of Cologne.

It was an exquisite place, had outstandingly accommodating staff in terms of customer service. The location was particularly good for walking around a historical market square.

Really enjoyed the plentiful breakfast with many options to eat. I had brand-new, beautifully maintained room with coffee and adequate storage.

Really nice family hotel in the very heart of Koeln, spotless clearness, convenient location close to all attractions including Dom, Rathaus (just a next building), shopping and restaurant areas, waterfront. Very good choice of natural products for breakfast

There are some rennovation works right away the hotel, so you can hear some noise sometimes, but it is not so boring

The owners and staff were super-friendly and helpful with advice about visiting Cologne and providing maps. The breakfast was ample with a wide variety, and dining area was intimate and comfortable. I loved the art-feature on the back wall of an old map of the city of Cologne from the 1500's. I stayed in a room on the 2nd floor; the bed and comforted and pillows were super-comfortable and the design of the room perfect for spreading clothes and things out with an extra lounge-bench against the wall near the gorgeous, modern bathroom.

I booked family room, it was stylish and complete with lovely toiletries, beautiful views plus superior bedding.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the downtown area, just a short walk from the main attractions. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city and experiencing everything it had to offer. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.

While my overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor issues. The bathroom shower floor was not designed correctly, leading to water accumulating on the bathroom floor.
